Yesterday,i was playing soccer.I've injured myself when playing.I've dislocated my knee.It's super pain lah.The top part of my knee went to left and the bottom right went to the right.It is super scary.I can't walk that much right now.I don't know whether to go hospital or not.Or just go for a foot massage and it will be better.I can't bend my leg full or straighten it full.Its damm pain.I just want it to be healed quickly.
